Early and late season can be a bit chilly but we have heating and air conditioning installed in all rooms in the house. Reservation Fee: The Reservation Fee is usually 30% of the cost of the rent. After receiving this fee they will send you confirmation of your reservation. You can pay this deposit by bank transfer, credit or debit card (discuss with the owner). How to arrive: This Granada house is about 3 km/2 miles from Albolote and less than one km/mile from Malaga-Granada motorway. It is situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, at the confluence of two rivers, Darro and Genil, just at the point where the Sierra Nevada mountains meet the fertile plain of the vega. Albolote is 6 km/4 miles north of Granada with exellent road access, motorway is less than 1 km/1 mile from the village. Access: The house has very good access. A car can be parked in the garage or near the garden. Capacity: Maximum house capacity is 7 people.
